    The traditional and inverted pyramid has its own value and advantage. When the “chips are down” then go central and do control. Vice versa, decentralized on invert the pyramid. Of course what is ideal ( w/c is the inverted one) is not always the reality. As a Leader you should be flexible in situations.

    I liked your video. But I will like to say that you are confusing between leadership and management style.

    As we all know that leadership is completly different from management. So it is the responsibilty of an leader to set examples for manager.
