I am an International business and hospitality business management major, I spent time in study more than involve in school, but recently I heard leadership skills are extremely important for a recruiter but I have no idea how can I get involve since it is already my last year of school. I wonder is there any program out of school or anything that is important that I should concentrate at? or should I just focus on academic since it is already my last year?
It is definitley important to have some leadership experience & tools prior to starting in leadsrship. I know this guy who has some cheap and affordable tools specifically targeted to young leaders to help them get ramped up for leading people. Have a look and good luck!
