Most schools will not take more than 70 hours as transfer simply because you will not have the right upper level courses if you stay in community college that long.

My big questions- why would you get a bachelors, go to work, and then go back for another one (or are you going back for a master's, you aren't all that clear). Basically you will knock out all of your university wide requirements (English, science, math, etc) and hit a couple classes dealing with your major and that's about it.

Also as a warning, I know this is the case in many places, your grades from a 2 year school do NOT carry forward, only the credits. That means your GPA at the 4 year school will be based only on upper level (harder) courses. And you will not have to padding in the event you have a bad semester. Just something to keep in mind.
