My big questions- why would you get a bachelors, go to work, and then go back for another one (or are you going back for a master's, you aren't all that clear). Basically you will knock out all of your university wide requirements (English, science, math, etc) and hit a couple classes dealing with your major and that's about it. Also as a warning, I know this is the case in many places, your grades from a 2 year school do NOT carry forward, only the credits. That means your GPA at the 4 year school will be based only on upper level (harder) courses. And you will not have to padding in the event you have a bad semester.
